Bootys, Boobs and Butt Toots!

Day 30!

Today is supposed  to be the half way point for my 60 Day Juice Feast, but since I am feeling so good and having awesome results, I am going to extend this feast until ?

Yep, you heard me right.  I am going to extend it indefinitely because I feel so awesome and because I want to.

So what did I learn in 30 days?  What are my stats?  Did I lose weight? Inches?

Keep reading to find out!

1. 20 lbs of weight lost.  I probably could have lost more than this, but I am very, very happy with 20 lbs and one dress size!  On all of the other programs and diets I did, I never lost 20 lbs in a month so this is a real feat!

2.  22 inches of body GONE!   Woo hoo!  That translates to a smaller booty, legs, arms, belly, and sadly boobs, but who cares?  I am wearing a size smaller comfortably and that makes me super happy.

3. I am loving all this energy and focus. I am so alert and awake all of the time now.  I am amazed at how tired I was before.  I never noticed how tired I was until I started this juicing feast!  Total win!

4. I think I may actually be gluten and dairy intolerant.  So here's what happened. Because I still eat a small dinner, I decided to have some cheese with dinner because I miss my cheese. Well, a few hours after ingesting said cheese, let's just say that there was first bloating and then heaps of butt toots.  Then one day I decided to have some bread and the same thing happened!  Bloating and butt toots and really bad cramping. It was a trifecta of intestinal unhappiness all around!   I hate to give them both up, but given my body's new reaction to both, it looks like that is on the horizon.

5. Certain things taste 'too sweet' now.  Yep...too sweet!  For a former candy and refined sugar junky like me, this still shocks me.  I noticed it about a week ago when I added more fruit to my daily juice and after taking a few sips, realized that it was just TOO sweet, like those girls in high school that pretend to be your friend and speak to you with that super sugary fake high pitched voice.  You know, the ones we all wanted to punch?  Anyway...I had to split the offending juice and add more veg to it to mellow out the sweetness.

6.  I like my sweeter juice in the morning.  I usually drink a red/orange type juice first thing after my lemon water.  Then mid-morning and afternoon, I have a green juice.

7. When it comes to my meal at dinnertime, I'm using less salt because I can really taste it in the food.  I used to really like salt in my food, but now I just can't tolerate it.

8.  I still do not like celery in juice.  People have sent me recipes and I've tried them, but I still do not like celery in juice.  It's my juice Kryptonite.

9. I don't feel hungry all the time.  I guess because the juice is so nutrient packed and raw, my body is getting more of what it needs and likes so I'm just not hungry.  I'm also eating a lot less when I do sit down to my meal.  I just simply cannot eat the amount of food that I used to be able to eat.

10.  My overall sense of well-being is filled with happiness and joy.  Life still throws me curve balls and sometimes I want to gorge and binge, but I don't.  I am definitely more calm and centered since I started juicing.

So 30 days are in the bag!  I am feeling good and am going to continue this indefinitely.

Do you Juice?

Day 27 and Still Going Strong!

It's almost been 30 days since I started this project!  Wow!  Nearly 30 days!

So far since I started my juice feast I've had more focus, I sleep better and I've lost weight. It's funny because when I started the juice feast, I was doing it more to lose weight than anything else, but I've gained so much more!  I just love that!

AND I'm making a webpage for Let's Juice It where you'll be able to find my blog, recipes and a whole bunch of other information about juicing.

It's not done YET, but it will be by the end of the week! I'll send out an announcement when it goes live.  :)

So...stay tuned and stay juicy!

PS  We're having a blizzard!

Falling Down

Yesterday wasn't a very good day for me.  I guess you could say that I 'fell down'. I didn't write a new blog or record a new video and then I ate pizza.

Anyway, why did this happen? I have some things going on in my personal life that made me get really stressed out which in turn made me want to eat.  I didn't eat all day, mind you, but I did order a pizza which wasn't the best choice I could have made given that I am supposed to be doing a 60 day juice feast, drinking fresh pressed juice and eating only healthy foods.

So why does this happen?  Well, I think it's because I turn to food for comfort.  I am a total stress eater/drinker.  Yesterday was no exception.  I got stressed and I wanted to eat something that gives me comfort:  Pizza.  I love pizza.  Pizza and I have a long history together.  For as long as I can remember, pizza always makes me happy which is why I think I chose to order one yesterday when I was in the throes of a crisis. I still had juice too so the day wasn't a total loss, but still.  Pizza, take out pizza wasn't a good idea.

So was ordering and eating that pizza the best plan?  No, because I am supposed to be changing how and what I eat so I can be healthier and lose weight. I also feel really bloated and sluggish.  I am starting to feel that bread and grains are something that I am going to have to give up long term if I am going to lose and maintain my weight.  I am definitely not stepping on the scale today!

Anyway...it was one day, one meal and I forgive myself.  No one is perfect and realize that today is a new day.  A fresh start so to speak. I took the leftover pizza and put it in the freezer so it won't be so easily available.  Today I will make better choices.

Tips for the Beginner

Today is Day 19 of my 60 Day Juice feast.  Woo hoo! How exciting!

I remember that three weeks ago I was excited and a bit scared to try juicing, but I am really glad that I did.  Now I have more energy, I feel better and I've lost a bit of weight.  How cool is that?

Anyway..here are my tips for the beginner.

1. Don't juice the same thing everyday.  When you drink the same thing over day, you'll get bored.

2.  Don't be afraid to try new fruits and veggies. You never know where your new favorite may be found.  For me, it was collard greens, radishes and green peppers.  :)

3. When trying out new fruits and veggies in a juice, use a small amount.  Some veggies are very strong tasting and can over power a juice.

4.  If you don't like a vegetable, don't juice it.  I do not like celery in juice so I don't juice it.

5. Be sure to have enough produce on hand.  Nothing sucks more than to run out of fruits and veggies.  It takes about a pound of produce to make 8-12 ounces of juice so be sure you buy enough.

6.  Shop the sales.  Juicing doesn't have to be expensive and most stores have circulars that they mail out with what's on sale.

7. Make sure you are drinking enough water.  I try to drink half of my body weight in water everyday.

8.  Make sure you are drinking enough juice.  Some fasts suggest 84-96 ounces of juice a day.

9. If you get hungry, eat an apple or break your fast with a juice 'soup' or raw meal.  Being hungry isn't fun and juicing should be fun :)

10.  Have fun!  Juicing IS fun!  One thing I love is all the different flavors and combinations that you can make with juice.

Keep it Juicy!!

I woke up today feeling really good.  I love when I feel good especially if I've not been feeling good for a few days

Anyway I am feeling so good that I decided to juice a pineapple.   I LOVE pineapple fresh so I felt kind of bad sacrificing it to the juicer. It was delicious though and so worth it!

I hope everyone has a lovely day!

Keep it juicy, juicy fruits!

Gingered Pineapple Orange
2 Oranges

What I've learned

What I've learned after 2 weeks of juice feasting:

1.  I do not like celery in juice.  Ever.

2. I like having a red/orange juice in the morning and a green juice later in the day.

3. I now look forward to my hot lemon in the morning like I used to look forward to my coffee or tea.

4. When I first started, I liked my juices a bit sweeter so I would add more fruit.

5.  I am surprised that collard greens, radishes, cabbage, bok choi and bell peppers taste good in juice.

6. Grapefruit juice is one of my favorite fruits to juice.

7. Too many limes can make the juice bitter.

8. Oranges and grapefruit peels can make the juice bitter.

9.  I look forward to juicing everyday like I used to with cooking.

10.  Juice satisfies me and is to easy to make!  I was a bit skeptical when I started, but now I am a true believer and will continue to juice for the rest of my life.

Keep it juicy, juicy fruits!

Why Yes, I am Happy!

Holy Cow! It's Day 15 of my 60 Day Juice Feast!   WOO HOO!  Yeah, I'm a bit excited and very happy!

Ask me why....I dare ya! Just ask me why!  (ok you don't really have to because I am going to tell you anyway!)

I'm so excited because I've stuck to juicing for two whole weeks and I am seeing results!  Results appeal to me because as a retired scientist, they are proof that something is working (or not working).  I love results!

Here's rundown of my results so far:

1. I have lost weight.   14 or so pounds to be exact!  14 pounds in 14 days is a pound of day!  My clothes are fitting better as a result and that makes me super happy.  Good bye, fat pants!

2. I am not hungry.  I am still shocked by this one because on every other stupid diet I have tried, I was always hungry. Hungry. All. The. Time.  Today, being hungry is not an issue.  I love that!

3.  I am sleeping better.  Sleep and I have a long history of battle.  I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep so this one is huge.

4.  My skin feels softer and looks better.  It's strange that juice feasting would make my skin feel better, but it has.  Bye bye, dragon skin!

5. I have more energy.  Before juicing, I would work in the morning and have to take a nap at about 2 PM everyday like clockwork.  Now, I get up in the morning and can make it through a whole day without a nap.

6. I am more alert and can focus better. Before juicing, I had issues with focus. I always felt like I was in a mental fog and I struggled with my thoughts.  That's all gone now.

Here's today's video:

The pH has it!

It's cold wet and dreary here in the Northeast today.  I'm not feeling all that great either.   I can't figure out if it's a healing crisis or a hormonal issue.  It's probably a combination of both.

Anyway, I was reading one of my juicing books earlier and it was talking about how our bodies, all of our organs down to the cellular level, function best when their internal pH is alkaline.  Check the research.

So what is an alkaline environment?  Well, if you ever took a science class you probably had to learn about acids and bases. Acids are obviously acidic and bases are alkaline. The scale for acids and bases is measured on the pH scale.

I won't get into the whole science behind it, but the human body functions best when around the neutral pH of 7-8.  When we eat a mostly plant based diet, our body becomes more alkaline which in turn gives our organs and cells the optimal environment to live in.  When we eat meat and diary, the opposite occurs.

As you can see from the chart (courtesy of kangensui.us), it's processed food, meat and dairy that will cause the body to be more acidic and prone to a variety of diseases like cancer and heart failure.

So that's what I got for ya today. Keep it fresh, keep it raw, keep it juicy!

So, Why Do You Juice?

Earlier this week, someone said to me "Why are you juicing?  Why don't you just eat less and eat healthier.  You can lose weight by doing that."

I had to smile and take a deep breath before I answered her.

Why am I juicing?  Well, it's because I am sick of being unhealthy, toxic and fat. I wasn't happy with the way I looked or the way I my body was feeling. I would eat, but I was never satisfied. I would calorie restrict and my weight wouldn't budge or it would increase. I knew that my body needed a reboot!

Let me share a little story about my journey to Fatville (don't worry, I got a return ticket to Slimtown).

Before I started juicing, I had tried many 'diets' that failed.  One was a calorie restricting whey-based shake program that my friends raved about.  I, being slightly overweight at the time (210 lbs), jumped on the bandwagon because I saw them losing weight and I wanted to lose weight too.

The program consisted of 2 whey based shakes a day, two 100 calorie snacks and a small 500 calorie meal. (calorie count target for the day was like 1200 to 1500!!!  RED flag #1) The program didn't have a list of foods you couldn't eat, just a list of the ones you could eat .  The list had 10 foods on it (Another BIG red flag there!!).   Then there were the cleanse days where you would drink this awful thin 'juice' drink and eat these chalk like wafers that tasted like sh**.  The program was essentially shake days and cleanse days.  I forgot to mention that the program was 300 dollars per month, and that didn't include the third meal of the day!  That was just for the shakes and the juice powder crap.

When I started, I initially lost weight, but I never could get through those cleanse days.  I would get so nauseated and dizzy and I would always end up breaking down and eating, binge eating. I was always hungry too.  I can remember being at my job and obsessing about what I could pick up on the way home because I was so hungry.  The worst part of it was that I would lose some weight when I was on the program, but the minute I went off of it, the weight would come back with a few more pounds too. That craziness went on for far too long.

So I quit the program and I started to learn about food, eating, and nutrition.  I did research and poured over books and studies about processed food.  Last summer, I decided to minimize my intake of processed foods and add more fresh fruit and vegetables to my diet.

Amazingly, when I did this, I felt better immediately!  My headaches went away, I lost a few pounds and I felt good! Also, while on my quest for knowledge about food, I stumbled upon a few documentaries.  "Fat Sick & Nearly Dead ", "Vegucated " and "Forks Over Knives " made such an impact on me that I decided to change the way I eat and to try juicing.

Now I'm hooked! I will continue to juice and eat like this forever! I am not starving myself and I love the food.  It's absolutely wonderful!  I am happy and I love how I feel and if I never eat processed food, meat and dairy again, then so be it.

That's how Let's Juice It came to be. :)

Keep it juicy, juicy fruits!

My Sanctuary: The Asian Market

It's wicked cold and rainy here today in New England, but that's not stopping me from enjoying the day. I'm really getting into living my life as a juicer.  (ha ha....that made me laugh!)  I am loving how I feel and loving the weight loss too.

Today I went to the Asian market to procure some strange and exotic fruits and veggies that you just don't find at your normal grocery store.  I gotta tell you that when I first started eating more fruits and veggies long before I started juicing that the Asian market became my sanctuary!  They carry all of my favorite tropical fruits and veggies that I have never heard of!  It's awesome.  So what did I find today?  Well, take a look!

Kombucha Squash
Asian Sweet Potato
The Market Itself
Jackfruits!  I LOVE these!
Lovely Dragon Fruit
Yellow Papaya
Ya Pear.  These look good
Dongchimi Radish
Some sort of squash

I had a really good time today and bought some of those radishes.  I can't wait to taste them in my juice.

Keep it juicy, juicy fruits!

Let's Juice It Goes Shopping

Well I made it to the store today (finally) and took photos and made some videos.  I'm feeling so fantastic and a pair of jeans that I could fit into last week are now comfortable. Yeah, I'm down a size and the new size feels comfortable. I am loving that!

And I came home and made a video.  Then I edited it.  This is an epic day for me cause for years I have wanted to do cool videos, but didn't know how.  Well, today I learned how.

Here's the video I did.  I am so stinking proud of myself!

So today's topic is the price of produce.  It's funny that I used to think that eating a diet of just plants would be more expensive than eating meat.  Boy, was I wrong!  I have spent about $175 for the WHOLE month and I'm juicing even so I am using up even more produce than I would be if I were still just eating!   I remember when I was still eating meat, I would spend at least $100 dollars a week on food. (don't shoot me cause I like food) Now that's a HUGE difference, wouldn't you say?

My advice is to shop around.  Here in New England, the big stores have circulars that I get in the mail of all of their specials so I try to shop those when I can.   Other times I check to see if they have marked down produce. I also buy in bulk as well. For instance, today they had 5 lb bags of  apples for 2.99.  They would have been 1.79 a lbs which is a huge difference in price.

So shop around, juicy fruits!  If I can do this, you can do it too!

Stop Believing the Lies

Day 10 and still going strong!  Of course, I still need to get to the grocery store because I am running very low on my greens, but that's OK!  I found some green apples that I stashed in the fridge and I still have 5 lbs of carrots and other various veggies to get me through the weekend. I love juice!

Anyway...one of my friends recently asked me about protein. "Where do you get your protein from?"  followed by "Aren't you afraid of protein deficiency?"

Her question got me thinking and here's what I told her.  I get my protein from the plants and fruits I am juicing.  She was a bit shocked by my response, but it's true.  Plants contain protein.

So why all this worry about protein?  Why do most people freak out when I tell them I am doing a juice fast?

Well, it's because we've all been fed a big fat assed lie about it by the FDA, the Department of Health and the Department of Agriculture.  What lie?  Well the one that says people need to consume their protein in the form of animal flesh.  I know you've probably heard it.  I grew up with the lie that the only way to get enough protein in my diet was to either eat meat or tofu.

Those three government agencies are telling us lies because they are funded and run by people who have interests (think investments and money) in the meat and and dairy industry. They just want people to eat more meat and dairy. They don't really care about the health of the people they are selling to.  They just want to make money.  Make sense?  I could go on and on about this, but I won't

It turns out that the healthiest diet for human beings is one that consists of high carbohydrate fruits and vegetables, low in fat and adequate in protein. So what is a person to do?  Well, it's really simple.

Stop believing the lies! Eat more fruits and veggies.  Stop eating meat.
Voila!

Stop Trying to Sabotage Me

Well the car is fixed, the juice has been made, and it's snowing outside.  I couldn't have a more better day.

Today's Juice

Ugly Juice
4 Carrots
1/4 Head of Cabbage
1 Lime
2 Small Bunches of Spinach
1 Bell Pepper

I'm all out of apples until I get to the grocery store so I concocted this ugly, yet surprisingly tasty juice today.

And my cleanse is going well.  Today is Day 9.  I have no idea how much weight I've lost, but that doesn't really matter to me.  I feel good.  Much better than I have in a long time.  I feel like my constant bloat is gone. My skin seems to be brighter. I am definitely more calmer and I believe my blood pressure is down.  My only issue today is my fiance.

He seems to want to sabotage my juice cleanse with suggestions like "Have a balanced meal.  Eat some roast chicken and pasta. Why don't you have a nice big meal for dinner?  Eat some candy and have a hot chocolate"  and what not.  I'm not pleased about this at all.  I feel like he is trying to sabotage my best efforts and it hurts my feelings and pisses me off.

I have been unhealthy and overweight for so long and I am finally doing something about it. I am making a huge change in my life and I am excited and happy about this.  I was hoping he'd be on board with me, supporting this change.  He is, however, not doing that. He is doing the exact opposite with his little comments everyday despite my asking him to stop.

I have heard that in relationships when one partner decides to change something major like quitting drinking, or losing weight, sometimes the other partner feels lost and excluded.  Or maybe they try to sabotage the other one because of fear.  Whatever the reason, it's sad that they do that. As partners, we should be helping, encouraging and supporting each other, not trying to drag each other down.  Maybe I just expect better from the man I love.

My fiance is always afraid I am going to leave him for another man and while I acknowledge his fear, I believe it is totally unfounded. I do not give him any reason to believe I will leave him. I am not getting healthy and losing weight for him or any other man, woman, person, animal etc.  I am doing this for me.

So that's where I am at today.  Just juicing it up, watching it snow, and thinking about my fiance.  I love him dearly, but he's got to stop trying to sabotage me.

Ah, For the Love of Calm

Today's been an interesting day.

I got up, had my juice and got ready to go shopping, but when I went to start the car, the battery was dead.  And not just kinda sorta pretend dead, but really dead.  Dead dead.  My friend and I even tried to jump start the car, but with zero success so I'm now waiting for Triple-A to come bring me a new battery.

These events got me thinking.  Thinking about how I handled this small yet inconvenient crisis.

In the past, I would have come in and gotten into something food wise or I would have made plans to have something delivered like Chinese food or pizza. Basically, I would have had a meltdown. I would have turned to food to make myself feel better and give me some sort of comfort. Basically I would have gone and binged on something unhealthy because I was having a 'bad' day.

Today, however, I didn't do that.  I came inside and had a juice instead.  And I'm calm.  I'm a pretty high strung person and can get stressed out or worked up about the littlest of things.  There's nothing wrong with me, it's just who I am and how I am.  Calm is something I am always striving for and today, I have (mostly) achieved it.

Ah, for the love of calm!

I swear, it's the juice.

Oh No! A Healing Crisis

Today is Day 6 of my juice cleanse.  I felt good this morning, but now I have a headache. Don't worry, I'll be fine. I'm not going to quit my fast or anything, but I am going to take it easy for the rest of the day.

On a cleanse like this, what I am experiencing is normal.  It's called a healing crisis.  My body is pulling fat, toxic fat, from my body for fuel which also released a bunch of toxins from the fat into my body.  Now those toxins are being dumped into my bloodstream and my body is struggling to keep up with them which is why I have the headache.  I read about this in a few of my books and what I learned is that this is totally normal.  In fact, I totally expected it.  I just didn't know when it was going to happen or what symptoms I would have.

So what are the symptoms of a healing crisis and how to you alleviate the symptoms?

From my understanding, when you have a healing crisis you may have a headache, body aches, sore throat, acne, itchy skin, constipation, diarrhoea, tiredness, lethargy, or a runny nose.  Thee are other symptoms, but the ones I listed are the most common.

To help your body out when you have a healing crisis, you should rest. It's the best thing to help the body repair itself.  It's like when you are sick and the Dr. prescribes REST as part of your healing plan.  So when I am done with this blog, I will hang up my work hat and lie down to take a nap.

Another thing that helps with a healing crisis is to drink more juice and water.  I will definitely be drinking more water later before and after my nap.

So that's where I am at today.  A little tired and having a bit of a headache, but I'm still juicing it up.

Juice on, juicy fruits :)

Oh and here is today's video.

Day Four: Filled with Joy!

Awesome.  I feel awesome today!

You know I had a little bit of fear when I started this 60 day juice feast, but now, that fear has been replace with pure joy and happiness.  The reasons for this happiness?

1. I am not hungry.  Sounds crazy, but it's true.  I wake up in the morning, have a hot lemon and then 24-32 ounce fresh green juice.  Then I go to work and I am NOT hungry.  Before starting this juice feast, I was hungry pretty much all the time and would eat all day. Now I am not hungry!

This used to be me!

2. I am sleeping better.  I have had issues with falling asleep for years and just in a few days of juicing, I am falling asleep at a normal time, 11 pm,  and getting up around 7-8 am. I cannot remember the last time slept for more than 2-4 hours and now I am sleeping 7 hours a night!  This in itself is a miracle.

3. I have energy that I have not had in years.  Before this feast, I would get up and work, but by noon, I'd be ready for a nap.  Most days I did nap.  Now, I'm up in the morning, I'm working and I don't need a nap.  I'm getting so much accomplished it's amazing.

4. My clothes are fitting me better.  I have been wearing a size 20 pant for a while and just today I went to put them on and they are falling off!  In four days!  HOLY SHIT!

For Reals!

5. I have lost weight.  The proof is in number 4 even though I haven't weighed myself yet and won't again until the end of the month, I have definitely lost weight.  How much?  Who knows and who cares!

I am very happy and filled with joy today.  I hope you are too.

Have a lovely day, Juicy Fruits :)

PS  Here's the video of the day!

The Toxic Fat Has it

Day 2 went down without any incident.  I juiced for the day and felt pretty good.  Because I am loosely following Joe's Cross's Reboot plan, I had a small dinner last night.  Today I woke up feeling pretty good and I've had my juice and tea.

Today's Juices

Red Cooler
1/2 of a Watermelon
1 Lime

Easy Green
2 Cucumbers
5-6 Chicory Leaves
1 Apple

Now why am I doing this? Consuming 60 days of nothing but fresh fruit and vegetable juice. I gotta tell you that I have several reasons for doing this feast.  One of the main reasons is toxic fat.  I am toxic and I have toxic fat.

See, last year when I started researching food and nutrition, I was blown away by how toxic our food is.  Not unprocessed food like fresh fruits and veggies, but the processed garbage that  they put in boxes and label as healthy.  It's NOT healthy.  It's concocted to make us never feel full or satisfied and it's laden with toxic crap like high fructose corn syrup, MSG, ribonuclotide, BHA/BHT and a whole bunch of other stuff that was designed to stimulate our brains to want more more more.

AND the kicker is this, those toxins, they get stored in our fat cells because our poor bodies can't rid ourselves of them fast enough!   So we eat the crap food with the crap toxins and our bodies go into overdrive to protect us and store the toxins as FAT. Yucky TOXIC FAT!  Quick, get it off of my body!

Don't believe me, check out these articles.

So it seemed apparent to me that my fat was not necessarily my fault.  My fault was eating all that garbage filled with toxins.  The more I learned about this stuff, the less I wanted to eat it. I was seriously so blown away after learning about this stuff that I immediately started to add more and more healthy foods to my diet like WHOLE fruits and vegetables.  I started to check the food labels and if it had 'natural flavoring' or 'yeast extract' listed, I didn't buy it.

And now I am doing a juice fast to help rid my body of this toxic fat once and for all and heal my body.

The Orange Has the Beet

Yay!  I made it through Day 1 and now it's on to Day 2 of my Juice Feast/Cleanse/Reboot/Detox.  I am still not sure what to call it.  Some people call it a cleanse or a fast.  Others call it a feast or a reboot.  I tend to use all those terms because drinking juice everyday like this is really all of them

So how did yesterday go?  It went well.  I had a little bit of hunger in the afternoon and since I am loosely following the Joe Cross' 30 day Reboot plan, I made one of the dinner recipes last night for dinner followed up with another juice. I haven't decided if I am going to follow the plan to the letter because I have been juicing nearly everyday since the beginning of December. I guess I'll just have to see how it goes in the next few days.

Anyway, I slept well last night and today I woke up feeling good! I had a hot lemon this morning followed by a really awesome green juice made with bell pepper, cucumber, zucchini and apple.

I actually made two juices today and I'll be drinking the other one later once I've had a shower, done the video of the day and finished some work stuff.  That one was more of a red/orange juice and it was equally delicious.  I can't wait to have it. Yum!

Juices of the Day

Peppery Green Juice
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Cucumber
1 Zucchini
1 Small Apple

The Orange has the Beet
2 Oranges
1 Beet
3 Carrots
4 Swiss Chard stalks

Have a great day, Juicy Fruits!
