Happy New Year!!

So it's a brand new year!  What are you going to do with it?

I know what I am going to do.  :)  Today I started my 60 day juice reboot/detox/feast.  Woo hoo!

I weighed and measured myself and man, do I ever need this cleanse!

Anyway I even made a video to mark the occasion.

I am motivated and ready to go!  Woo hoo!

Very good and easy juice!  It's kind of a funky orange color, but very tasty!

Wow!  Just two more days and Christmas is here! I've been taking a bit of time off before the holidays, but I haven't forgotten about you, my readers!

I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas :)  Spend time with the people you love. Sleep in and get some rest.  I'll be MIA for the next few days, but will be back next week preparing for the launch of the book (soo exciting)  :)
